This is thanks to the conical construction of the corners in the shelves - they are the ones used for mounting in our metal shelves. Hence, as more and more kilograms are put down, the shelf clamps onto the post instead of falling down.

Easy to assemble
As you already know, the assembly of the shelving unit consists of 3 repetitive steps. The set of two plastic halves (clips) is placed on the metal post, so that their inner tab clicks into place on the post. When the clip is correctly placed, it forms a kind of a black cone on the post. Repeat this process 3 more times making sure that on each post the fixings are set at the same height.
